<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Why Become Vegetarian?</strong></span><br />
<span style="color:#ff99cc;"> Again, let me state that vegetarianism isn’t for everyone. If you are fanatically devoted to meat (and I was at one time, so I understand), you might not be interested. If you already eat healthy, or you’re not interested in your health, you might not be interested.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;">But there are some reasons, for the rest of us, to consider it (and these are just a few — see these <a href="http://www.britishmeat.com/49.htm"><span style="color:#ff99cc;">49 reasons</span></a> or these <a href="http://www.giveusahome.co.uk/articles/vegetarianism.htm"><span style="color:#ff99cc;">21 reasons</span></a> for more):</span></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Cut the fat</strong>. While meat provides a lot of protein, it also provides a ton of fat — especially saturated fat. Which means that by cutting out meat, you’ll be cutting out a lot of bad fat, and replacing it with things that are probably not only lower in fat, but that contain some good fats. This greatly reduces your risk of heart disease, and in fact numerous studies have shown that vegetarians tend to have a lower risk of heart disease, as well as hypertension, diabetes, cancer and other diseases. <li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Less food poisoning</strong>. Food poisoning gets millions of people each year — and many of them from meat, which is a good breeding ground for harmful bacteria, especially if not stored, prepared or cooked exactly right. Cut out meat and you lower your risk of food poisoning (especially if you also cut out eggs and dairy, but that’s optional).</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Reduce the suffering</strong>. You probably don’t want to hear about the horrific treatment of animals that are raised for food, even before they are slaughtered for our benefit. But suffice it to say, there are great amounts of suffering involved, and by cutting out meat, you are reducing your involvement in that. <li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Help the environment</strong>. There are actually numerous ways that the meat industry harms the environment, from a waste of our resources (animals raised for food eat enough grain to feed the world), to a waste of fuel, to the pollution caused by their waste matter, and much more. Read more about that <a href="http://goveg.com/environment.asp"><span style="color:#ff99cc;">here</span></a>.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Help your weight loss</strong>. It’s possible to be vegetarian and eat very unhealthy foods, including Coke and fries and fried stuff and pizza and chips. But it’s much more difficult. Studies repeatedly show that vegetarians are slimmer and are less likely to be obese than meat eaters. If you’re trying to lose weight, being a vegetarian can be a good part of your program.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Get more nutrition</strong>. In general (though not necessarily), vegetarians replace meat with more nutritious foods, such as fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, and so on. If you do that, you will be getting more of the nutrients your body needs, giving you better health, less illness, and more energy.</span></li>
</ol>
<p><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>20 Tips for Becoming a Vegetarian</strong></span><br />
<span style="color:#ff99cc;"> So, if you’d like to become a vegetarian, without too much trouble, here are my suggestions:</span></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Have good reasons</strong>. If you just want to become vegetarian for kicks, you probably won’t stick with it for long — not because it’s hard, but because any lifestyle change or habit change requires a little bit of motivation. You need to first think about why you want to become vegetarian, and really believe in it. The rest is easy.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Read up</strong>. Before starting anything new, I tend to read as much as possible about whatever it is that I’ll be doing. I suggest you do so with vegetarianism. Check out a couple of good books from the library (or better yet, borrow from vegetarian friends). And there are tons and tons of good sites on the Internet. One of my favorites is <a href="http://www.goveg.com/index.aspx"><span style="color:#ff99cc;">GoVeg.com</span></a>.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Find good recipes</strong>. You don’t need to go out and buy a bunch of new cookbooks, although that’s certainly an option. But again, there are many great recipes online. Try GoVeg.com … another favorite of mine is <a href="http://www.theppk.com/"><span style="color:#ff99cc;">Post Punk Kitchen</span></a> (also see their <a href="http://www.postpunkkitchen.com/forum/index.php"><span style="color:#ff99cc;">forums</span></a>). In fact, it can all be a little overwhelming … but don’t worry, you don’t need to decide on anything. Just look through the recipes, take note of a few that look really good, and decide to try a few of them. You have the rest of your life to test out other recipes!</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Try one recipe a week</strong>. My suggestion is just to try one new vegetarian recipe a week. If you like it, add it to your collection of staple recipes that you eat on a regular basis. If the recipe isn’t that great, try another next week. Soon, you’ll have a good list of 5-10 great recipes that you love to cook and eat. And really, whether you’re vegetarian or meat eater, that’s probably all you really eat on a regular basis anyway (for dinner, at least). Most people only have 7-10 recipes that they cook regularly. Once you have that many vegetarian recipes, you are good to go.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Substitutions</strong>. Also try your regular recipes that you love, but instead of using meat, use a meatless substitute. So if you love to eat spaghetti or chili, for example, substitute a ground-beef alternative from Bocca or Morning Star and just cook it the way you normally would. There are alternatives for just about any kind of meat, and some of them are quite good. You can go on eating what you normally eat, but meatless.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Start with red meat</strong>. I suggest a gradual transition into vegetarianism … although you can do it all at once, I’ve found that for many people, a gradual transition works better. There’s no need to give up all meat at once. Try a few new recipes, maybe eat one vegetarian meal for the first week, two for the second, and so on. If you do this, start with red meat, as it is typically the least healthy.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Then the other meats</strong>. After a couple of weeks of going without red meat, try cutting out pork for a couple of weeks. Then cut out chicken, the seafood. With this two-week approach (and you can even make it 3 weeks or a month for each stage if you want to go more slowly), you’ll hardly notice the difference. I’ve found that I don’t crave meats anymore, although I did for about a week.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Consider dairy &amp; eggs</strong>. Vegetarians vary widely on this, so there’s no mandate to give up dairy or eggs if you’re giving up meat. Do what feels right for you. But if you go meatless for awhile, and want to try to go a little further (in terms of health, the environment, and helping animal suffering), consider these foods. For one thing, they are often high in saturated fat, especially compared to soy alternatives. It was easy for me to give up eggs, as I’ve never been a huge fan, but transitioning to soy milk took a few days to get used to … although I can’t stand the taste of milk now. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Think about your staples</strong>. A useful exercise is to make a list of foods you regularly eat, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and snacks. Not meals, but ingredients. And then think about vegetarian alternatives, and make a new list. For example, instead of eating chicken in a stir-fry dish, you might try tofu. With a new list of staples, you should have no trouble stocking your fridge and pantry.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>All in one go</strong>. Some people prefer to give up meat all at once. While this takes a little more determination than the gradual solution I advocate, it’s not that hard, really. Just prepare yourself by taking some of the steps above (finding recipes, substitutes, a new list of staples, and reading as much as possible), and then give it a shot. It should only take a few days to get used to it, and then you’ll have very little trouble after that. The only issues you’ll have to work out, once you’re used to going without meat, are things like eating out, eating at others’ houses, and other similar issues. Read on for more on these.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Adequate protein</strong>. One myth about vegetarianism is that you don’t get enough protein. Actually, meat eaters usually take in way more protein than they need. Protein requirements for the average adult are lower than people think. If you eat a varied diet (not just junk food, for example) that includes vegetables, grains, beans, nuts, soy protein and the like, you will be fine. It would hard to create an eating plan where you’re getting inadequate protein (the junk food example would be one). Another myth is that you need to eat different types of protein within a single meal (or even a single day) to get complete protein from plants … actually, as long as you eat varied proteins (such as those listed above) over a few days, you’ll be fine. And soy protein is a complete protein, just like meat.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Junk food</strong>. Again, you can be a vegetarian and be very unhealthy, if you eat junk food. Being a vegetarian is not a license to eat junk food (although you can probably indulge yourself a little more often now that you’re not eating meat). Try to stick with fruits and veggies, whole grains, beans, nuts, soy protein, low-fat dairy and other nutritious foods for the most part.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Ethnic food</strong>. One of the great things about becoming a vegetarian is that it often spurs people to try new and interesting ethnic foods (or reminds them of foods they love but don’t eat much). Great vegetarian dishes can be found all over the world, from Italian pasta to many Indian dishes to spicy Thai food to Chinese, Ethiopian, Moroccan, Mexican, South American and more. It can be interesting to do a series of theme weeks, trying vegetarian dishes from a certain country for one week, and then moving around the world and sampling other great ethnic foods.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Tell friends &amp; family</strong>. If you’re really going to become a vegetarian, you’ll have to talk to the people you know and love about it. You’ll still be dining with them, at restaurants, at their homes, at social gatherings, at work, and so it’ll be better for everyone involved if they know what you’re doing (they might prepare a vegetarian dish for you, or you might bring one for them to try), and if they know the reasons why. Some people might have a hard time with it. Just try to explain it to them, without getting defensive or argumentative, and ask them to be understanding (and maybe to give some of your food a try). Don’t try to force vegetarianism on anyone, or sound preachy, but do give them more information if they’re interested.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Have fun</strong>. Most of all, don’t make becoming a vegetarian be a restrictive, grueling ordeal. If you feel like you’re depriving yourself, you won’t last long. But if you feel like you’re doing something good, and trying out some great-tasting food, you’ll stick with it for much longer (for life, I hope). Have a great time along the way.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Plan ahead</strong>. Often what gets in the way of new vegetarians is that they go somewhere, and don’t think of what they might have to eat. Going to a party or a dinner can be much better if you prepare a great dish and bring it along (let the host know about it first). An errands trip doesn’t have to result in you going to McDonalds, starving, if you pack a lunch or bring some snacks.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Cook ahead</strong>. Another problem is when we don’t have any vegetarian food ready to eat, and so we resort to whatever is easiest (if we don’t feel like eating or are too hungry to wait). Instead, you could cook a big pot of vegetarian chili or soup or something, and have it in the fridge for when you’re hungry and don’t have time to cook.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Vegetarian snacks</strong>. I love to eat fruits and cut-up veggies, but there are lots of other great snacks you can eat. Roasted (or raw) almonds, hummus and pitas or veggies, blue corn chips and salsa, low-fat granola, berries with soy yogurt, whole-grain cereals, Kashi crackers … dozens and dozens of snacks, actually, if you take a look around. Have plenty on hand, at home, at work, and on the road.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Vegetarian restaurants</strong>. There’s only one vegetarian restaurant on Guam, and unfortunately it’s closed on nights and weekends (it’s a Seventh-Day Adventist joint, open for lunch on weekdays, and it’s great). But you might live in an area with dozens of great vegetarian restaurants. Give them a try! You might discover some wonderful food, and thank your lucky stars you decided to give vegetarianism a try. Otherwise, most restaurants will have some vegetarian options, or can cook you a vegetarian dish on request.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ff99cc;"><strong>Vegetarian convenience foods</strong>. In your supermarket’s frozen section, you’ll probably find a lot of vegetarian foods that can be microwaved. You might give some of these a try (I love the Amy’s brand). Beware that, like most convenience foods, these are more expensive than home-cooked stuff, and most likely not as healthy. But you can find some fairly healthy foods there too. At any rate, it’s always good to have a couple of convenience foods in the freezer, just in case.</span></li>

<p><span style="color:#cc99ff;">A person may wake up and find himself unable to move or speak as if he is frozen. He also may hear footsteps, see a ghost-like creature, or feel someone sitting on his chest. Throughout the history, people considered this phenomenon as work done by evil spirits. However, the modern science can explain the terrifying event as a Sleep Paralysis.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#cc99ff;">A Sleep Paralysis is possibly a hereditary disorder in which one experiences very frightening seconds or minutes of total body paralysis with little respiration and eye movements . A victim in this state feels awake, but he cannot move or speak . In addition to the immobility, the common symptoms include feeling choked or suffocated, hearing strange noises like footsteps and voices, seeing beings or dark shadows, and feeling an existance of someone in the room . Although these symptoms often direct the victims to believe in ghosts, mistransmission of neural signals in the brain causes Sleep Paralysis. When a person sleeps, his brain sends signals to inhibit any muscle contraction . If he comes into consciousness before the brain sends signals to activate muscle contraction, he cannot move his body, and consequently, become &#8220;paralyzed&#8221;.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#cc99ff;">In order to understand how a body becomes paralyzed while the person is awake, it is necessary to understand sleep cycles. In a mammalian sleep, the brain activity undergoes two different states called non-REM (NREM) sleep and REM sleep, which differ very much from wakefulness <a href="http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/bb/neuro/neuro00/web1/Takahashi.html#3"><span style="color:#cc99ff;">(3)</span></a>. NREM and REM sleep alternate cyclically through the night; in human, about 80 minutes of NREM sleep starts a night of sleep, about 10 minutes of REM sleep follows, and this 90 minute cycle is repeated about 3 to 6 times during the night <a href="http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/bb/neuro/neuro00/web1/Takahashi.html#3"><span style="color:#cc99ff;">(3)</span></a>. During NREM sleep, a body produces few movement, but the body has capability of tossing about in bed and producing some other motor events, such as sleepwalking and sleeptalking . The cardiac-muscle contraction and breathing occur at a uniform rate, and the eyes move slowly . During REM sleep, on the other hand, heart rate, respiration rate, and blood pressure vary . The eyes move rapidly because most dreaming takes place in this period, and the sleeper probably &#8220;look&#8221; at the moving objects in a dream .</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#cc99ff;">The brain&#8217;s control over muscles during REM sleep points out that in this period, a body is normally in the state of total paralysis, called a &#8220;nonreciprocal flaccid paralysis&#8221; . Probably to prevent a person from &#8220;acting out&#8221; a dream, the brain sends signals to inhibit any muscle contractions . Although some peripheral muscles, such as the muscles of the fingers and face, still twitch, the large skeletal muscles become relaxed, or &#8220;paralyzed&#8221; as a result . Some evidence supports that the motor paralysis of REM sleep protect against the acting out of one&#8217;s dreams. A patient who suffers from rare syndrome called REM Sleep Behavior Disorder lacks the normal nonreciprocal flaccid paralysis, and he acts out violent dreams during REM sleep, often with injurious consequences <a href="http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/bb/neuro/neuro00/web1/Takahashi.html#4"><span style="color:#cc99ff;">(4)</span></a>. For example, a 60-year-old surgeon dreamt that he was attacked &#8220;by criminals, terrorists, and monsters who always tried to kill [him]&#8221; and fighting against them in the nightmare, he was actually punching and kicking his wife who slept in the same bed <a href="http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/bb/neuro/neuro00/web1/Takahashi.html#4"><span style="color:#cc99ff;">(4)</span></a>.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#cc99ff;">A nonreciprocal flaccid paralysis during REM sleep is accomplished actively by postsynaptic inhibition of motorneurons . Although the exact process of motor inhibition is not clear, some neurotransmitters and hormones are known to generate the many components of REM sleep. Aministering physostigmine, an inhibitor of the catabolic enzyme, increases the concentration of acetylcholine within the neurons in the pons, making it possible to artificially generate and start REM sleep in the middle of NREM sleep. Carbachol, the cholinergic agonist, produces a period of REM sleep in cat when directly injected into the pontine tegmentum. The hormone melatonin, a &#8220;master hormone&#8221; that mainly controls circadian rhythms, also seems to play an important role in enhancing the REM state; the level of melatonin secretion by the pineal gland reaches its lowest during REM sleep. Such neurotransmitters and hormones probably activate or inhibit the activity of second messengers, which then activate or inhibit the third messengers, and so on till the last messenger inhibit the synaptic transmission or cause hyperpolarization of the motorneurons. And if, for some reason, the nervous or endocrine system continues to release the neural inhibitors, a person may experience Sleep Paralysis as he enters awakefully into or awakens directly from REM period.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#cc99ff;">While the modern neuroscience can describe the state of Sleep Paralysis as some errors of the neural transmission in the brain during REM sleep, a person who has seen or heard ghost-like figures/voices may easily believe that eveil spirits fully controlled his entire body. However, the images or noises, which the victim believes that he has seen or heard, are most likely hallucinations; and hallucinations, too, can result from the brain activity. In the 1960&#8242;s, the Canadian neurologist W. Penfield introduced that electrical stimulation of the temporal lobe can cause the auditory hallucinations in the wake state <a href="http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/bb/neuro/neuro00/web1/Takahashi.html#5"><span style="color:#cc99ff;">(5)</span></a>. The buzzing or ringing sounds in the ears and other auditory hallucinations are closely associated with the activity of the auditory cortex and involves the temporal lobe <a href="http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/bb/neuro/neuro00/web1/Takahashi.html#5"><span style="color:#cc99ff;">(5)</span></a>. During the early period of sleep paralysis, the activity of the temporal lobe increases significantly, sometimes inducing hallucinatory sense . Similarly, the visual cortex generates internal visual stimuli, causing the victim to &#8220;see&#8221; terrifying figures during the paralysis.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#cc99ff;">How an episode of Sleep Paralysis induces visual or auditory hallucinations is still not clear, but it seems to have a significant relationship with anxiety . For anxiety is a neurocognitive event closely related to both psychological and physical processes, the extreme anxiety or panic may cause the release of several different signal molecules that trigger all kinds of physical events . A person experiencing Sleep Paralysis feels mortal fear or extreme panic, and hence, the brain generates and releases internal visual or auditory stimuli, producing hallucinations.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#cc99ff;">Also, hallucinations during Sleep Paralysis may happen, for one keeps dreaming even after some parts of his brain wakes up directly from REM sleep. Since the nervous and endocrine systems continue to release the neural inhibitors which sustain the paralysis, it may be possible that those systems keep releasing the neural activators that stimulate dreaming. Thus, a person continues to &#8220;see&#8221; the images and &#8220;hear&#8221; the noises produced in the dream that he has just had in REM sleep from which he has awaken.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#cc99ff;">Understanding more neural concepts of Sleep Paralysis, some researchers now hypothesize that a very rare condition called Sudden Unexplained Nocturnal Death Syndrome (SUNDS) may closely relate to Sleep Paralysis . Upon the death, a SUNDS victim produces no body movement even though he experiences a myocardial infarction and strong breathing difficulties and should straggle in agony . The death may be caused by the extreme muscle atonia during Sleep Paralysis, which is so severe that even the cardiac muscles and the diaghragm paralyze </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#cc99ff;">Until I started researching on this subject, I have believed that the total paralysis of a body is due to an evil taking absolute control over the body. However, the interactions between neurons in the brain can explain this seemingly mysterious phenomenon in a scientific way. Although the explanation is not complete yet, for there are many unclear processes about Sleep Paralysis, the current hypothesis appears to reject the possibility of ghosts on this matter. Of course, it is impossible to completely disprove the existence of &#8220;spirits&#8221;, &#8220;minds&#8221;, or &#8220;God&#8221; affecting one&#8217;s behavior. Nevertheless, like Sleep Paralysis and SUNDS, many or the mysterious conditions and behaviors which are only explained in supernatural terms probably result from brain.</span></p>

<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;">I had this kind of dream&#8230;well it happens over and over again so I got used to it and familiarize with it.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;">But this time that was kind of different in a way that I almost gave up cause it really took me so long to get back to my senses and be able to wake up unlike before.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;">A kind of dream,where you will wake up in a new kind of dream.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;">Same surroundings but how you see it is kind of vague.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;">At first you wont notice that it&#8217;s a new dream since on that dream you knew you just woke up..</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;">Until you try to get up, talk or make a sound.Even move your body it just wont let you.That&#8217;s when you will realize it is a bad dream again since for me it happened to me many times before.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;">I even tried to shout sometime &#8220;Please,somebody wake me up!&#8221; but I can&#8217;t even make a sound.That really gives me the creeps.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;">In my past dreams like that I sort of start to see scary people and they&#8217;re trying to drag me down my bed pulling my feet,grasping my neck and there is this one dream where this woman wearing white with a scary face showed up she sat on me and grasping my neck!That was really scary!</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;">Sometimes I will try to slap my cheeks cause old sayings said that it is effective if you want to wake up in a dream,then if it will not work I will try to roll and the last desperate thing I can do is to pray.I usually do the verses of &#8220;OUR FATHER&#8221; and &#8220;HAIL MARY&#8221; .</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;">Whenever I pray the verse of &#8220;HAIL MARY&#8221; I can&#8217;t explain yet why but it really is great cause I will suddenly wake up from that bad dream and I am so thankful still sweaty from the experience I had.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ffcc99;">I want to know why in all kinds of dreams,this is the one which I usually experience and can&#8217;t even get  that hell out of my dreams.I really want to get rid of that kind of deadly dream!</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#ff9900;">I know my mom is simply showing her concern to me but in that case I guess I am old enough to do what I want and make my own decision and choose my own path.I don&#8217;t want to be tied up forever with what she wants for me.I am not being a rebel but I guess I can do better with myself.Make mistakes and then learn and try again.The way I see life is way too different from my mom see it.I guess I just want happiness and find it on my own way.It is not being selfish at all right?</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#ffcc99;">Consciousness is not just an issue for biologists; it’s a problem for physics. There is nothing in modern physics that explains how a group of molecules in a brain creates consciousness. The beauty of a sunset, the taste of a delicious meal, these are all mysteries to science — which can sometimes pin down where in the brain the sensations arise, but not how and why there is any subjective personal experience to begin with. And, what’s worse, nothing in science can explain how consciousness arose from matter. Our understanding of this most basic phenomenon is virtually nil. </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ffcc99;">Quantum physics comes to a similar conclusion. At night you click off the lights and leave for the bedroom.  Of course the kitchen is there, unseen, all through the night. Right?  But, in fact, the refrigerator, stove and everything else are composed of a shimmering swarm of matter/energy. The results of quantum physics, such as the two-slit experiment, tell us that not a single one of those subatomic particles actually occupies a definite place. Rather, they exist as a range of possibilities — as<em> waves of probability</em> — as the German physicist Max Born demonstrated back in 1926. They are statistical predictions — nothing but a <em>likely outcome</em>. In fact, outside of that idea, nothing is there!  If they are not being observed, they cannot be thought of as having any real existence — either duration or a position in space.  It is only in the presence of an observer — that is, when you go back in to get a drink of water — that the mind sets the scaffolding of these particles in place. Until it actually lays down the threads (somewhere in the haze of probabilities that represent the object’s range of possible values) they cannot be thought of as being either here or there, or having an actual position, a physical reality.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ffcc99;">Well I was just told about a friend whose father has died.. I don&#8217;t know if either I would feel sad or take it as not a big deal at all.. Thinking how once existence start and end to start a new existence.. It made me think of my father in this lifespan of mine the existence where my consciousness is focus now.Well I am really separated with my biological father.That&#8217;s life,yeah but I am wondering why things have to be like this and like that.Why I have to be aware that I have no father to be with (consciousness/fate) and if there is any chance in this existence of mine before it ends that we will be able to meet or meant to meet..Is &#8220;meant to be&#8221; a reality or a thought?I have a lot of questions in life that I need answers somehow makes me strong at the same time weak.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ffcc99;">Some may imagine that there are two worlds, one “out there” and a separate one inside the skull. But the “two worlds” model is a myth.  As we have seen, only one visual reality is extant; it is the one that requires consciousness in order to manifest. As Nobel physicist John Wheeler once said, “No phenomenon is a real phenomenon until it is an <em>observed</em> phenomenon.”</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ffcc99;">Who knows in the beginning of my new existence life would be in favor of me when it comes to a family matters.</span></p>

<p>It was just like a week ago I felt like a loser a failure from the people who put me down.Now it was like nothing happened I feel like I&#8217;m getting healed and feeling better after all those disappoints I experienced.I feel like this is a second chance for me.I learned a lot.</p>
<p>About my relationship&#8230;yeah I had this guy I once loved I really loved it was just I was so immature and really felt like betrayed and fooled around.Yet hey!..I had been able to get over it and forget him also forgive him..I learned a lot from him and that&#8217;s what&#8217;s making me feel better now.I have this one new guy I met and he seems so mysterious.I&#8217;m quite confuse if he really likes me as he was trying to show me.But he&#8217;s making me feel uncomfortable cause I am not that certain about him.I like him yeahh..but I&#8217;m quite hesitating if it&#8217;s really right to trust him&#8230;cause I once made a mistake trusting a guy and loved him and I ended up hurt and so devastated.Anyway I&#8217;ll just have to go with the flow.. And look on the bright side.</p>
<p>For now I just wanna enjoy the good things and blessings that are being poured on me.I want to be happy and use what I learned from that darkness I once had been.Thanks for everything God for those lessons and tests you gave me..I am quite relieved and feeling better than ever now. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
